The Filter Press MF Series with high pressure is designed to filter cake with low moisture. This is an economical solution compared to all the options available today for this purpose. Due to the high-pressure operation of the device, all machine parts such as the chassis structure, plate, and duct system can withstand high loads during operation, they are properly designed to withstand this level.
COMPOSITION
MF series is designed in two main forms:
+ Semi-auto Filter Press
The device has a structure consisting of a fixed head frame and a hydraulic cylinder head frame connected by two body bars. The polypropylene filter plates are installed between the ends of the frame, which are held in place by the sliding frame. The hydraulic system is assembled into the hydraulic cylinder head frame of the unit.
The distance between the frame slider and the fixed head frame creates the working distance between the plates. Each plate is covered with a separate filter cloth. The plates are aligned and in contact with each other, the moving slide presses the plates to the end plate, which is fastened to the fixed head frame, and a pressure-controlled hydraulic system holds the plate in place. The filter presses against each other and reaches the set pressure.
This device is made in the form of an open exhaust system. The liquid sludge is fed into the machine through the intake manifold at the center of the fixed head frame and the filtered water is collected into the adjacent trough system through the communal valves at the plate. contains the input slurry and polymer mixture
